These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StyleAI mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, StyleAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

StyleAI does not require user registration, login, or authentication. We do not collect usernames, passwords, or any user credentials.
You may upload photos and other content through the App for AI-powered styling features, including but not limited to: virtual outfit try-on, batch outfit try-on, hair color transformation, hair style transformation, and background removal and replacement. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant StyleAI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and process such content as necessary to provide App services.
StyleAI reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
StyleAI uses trusted third-party AI service providers to power all AI features in the App.
When you use any AI feature, the following data is securely transmitted to our AI service providers for processing:
Our AI service providers process your data solely to generate the requested AI result. All uploaded data is deleted after processing is complete. Your content is not used for training, advertising, or any other purpose. No facial recognition or biometric data extraction is performed.
Your explicit consent is required before any data is sent for AI processing. The App will present a consent screen that clearly explains what data is shared and how it is protected. You may decline consent, in which case AI features will not be available.

Access occurs only when you choose to use these features. The App does not access media in the background.

StyleAI may refuse, suspend, or remove content or access violating these Terms.
StyleAI offers premium features via subscriptions and consumable credit packages. Payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not store payment card information. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled via your Apple device settings.
Each generation uses credits based on the feature: virtual try-on uses 2 credits, while hair color change, hair style change, and background removal each use 1 credit. Credits are non-refundable and will be deducted as you use App features. Subscription credits reset upon each renewal.
StyleAI may use anonymized analytics tools to understand performance, diagnose crashes, and improve user experience. Data is not used to track users across apps or websites for advertising.
The App may link to third-party resources or websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use of these services is at your own risk.
THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. STYLEAI DOES NOT GUARANTEE:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLEAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where StyleAI is organized. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
